Lovely space and location
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Mar and hope to be back! The hosts Karine and Jason are very friendly and had helpful recommendations for local activities. The space is super clean, well designed for privacy and comfort, and the saltwater pool was a delightful bonus. Though we didn’t cook much, the kitchen is really well stocked to prepare meals including an outdoor grill. Saw lots of monkeys and swam and watched sunsets at the beautiful beach nearby. Highly recommend!
We love Casa Mar!
Our family of 4 has stayed in Casa Mar for the last 2 years and hope to keep coming back! Casa Mar is very clean, spacious, with a equipped kitchen, and works well for 2 adults and 2 kids. Additionally, there is a lovely outdoor space and a heated pool. The hosts, Jason and Karine, are super helpful and very responsive when needed. The location is perfect. It's in a quiet & safe neighborhood, as well as being super close to the beach in Pelada for swimming or watching the sunset. It's also walking distance to local restaurants and a small market. Casa Mar is a real gem!

My husband, Jason, and I fell in love with Costa Rica many years ago. Our greatest joy, besides our children, was to create our own oasis in Pelada. We did that when we created and finished Casa Sea-Esta. We are now proud to offer Casa Cielo and Casa Mar, finished in 2023, to provide those coming to visit our beautiful country, a similar luxurious, yet comfortable and fun home away from home during their stay. We look forward to hosting you personally during your visit!
